About Joshua B. Taylor
Josh Taylor, a former State and Federal Prosecutor, has been a litigator trying cases throughout Idaho since 20015. He has briefed before the Idaho Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California.
In cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, including cases of domestic violence, DUI, bank robbery, lewd conduct, murder for hire, and murder, Josh has tried them all.
Unfortunately, family law is full of a legal system that allows attorneys to bully the other party, taking advantage of their clients' angry emotions to drive up costs and harass the other parent - it takes wisdom, insight and a firm resolve to steady these troubled waters for your children and your assets.
Josh represents plaintiff's in all aspects of litigation.
